The app

OwnStats is a personal collection and ownership-tracking app published by XXXXXXX Systems (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to the app and its features.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use OwnStats on Apple devices you own or control, consistent with the App Store Terms and Apple’s standard licence agreement. For OwnStats specifically, the terms on this page add to that agreement.

Your content is yours

The information you add to OwnStats belongs to you. Because it is stored on your device and your own iCloud, you are responsible for keeping your own backups. We recommend keeping regular device and iCloud backups.

Purchases, subscriptions, and trials

OwnStats is free to download. An optional upgrade, OwnStats Pro, unlocks unlimited items, unlimited folders, and plain-text export.

Pro is available as a one-time lifetime purchase, or as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Current prices are shown in the app.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription that includes that content.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms.

Acceptable use

Please use OwnStats lawfully. You agree to refrain from disrupting the app, misusing it, or reverse-engineering it beyond what the law permits.

Estimates and value figures

Any value figures, holding-cost calculations, and other estimates in OwnStats are for your personal reference only and are based on the information you enter. They are informational. They are not financial advice and are no guarantee of any item’s worth.

Disclaimer

OwnStats is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XXXXXXX Systems is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of OwnStats. You remain responsible for your own backups.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use of OwnStats after an update means you accept the revised terms.
