Who we are

OwnStats is published by XXXXXXX Systems.

Your collection stays on your device

The items, photos, prices, notes, history, and folders you add are stored locally on your device.

XXXXXXX Systems runs no servers that receive or hold your collection, and no account is needed to use OwnStats.

iCloud sync is optional

If you turn on iCloud sync, your collection and its photos sync between your own Apple devices through your personal iCloud account, using Apple iCloud (CloudKit) private storage.

That data lives in your iCloud, under your Apple ID, governed by Apple’s privacy policy. We have no access to it. You can turn sync off at any time in Settings.

Purchases

OwnStats offers optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.

To unlock, restore, and validate purchases across your devices, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives purchase information and a device identifier for these purposes and to provide aggregate, anonymous analytics about purchases. Apple’s handling of your payment is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.

Notifications

OwnStats can show reminders and milestone notes. These are scheduled and shown locally on your device. They are sent through no server and carry none of your data off the device.

What we do not collect

OwnStats works without an account, and XXXXXXX Systems does not gather personal information such as your name, email, location, or contacts. The app’s privacy manifest declares no first-party data collection.

Children

OwnStats is a general-audience app and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Any material change will appear here with a new date.
